Processing Time All orders are printed and fulfilled on demand by our production partner (Printify). Please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order is shipped.
Shipping Times Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- Israel: 7–14 business days
- United States & Canada: 7–15 business days
- Europe: 10–20 business days
- Rest of the world: 10–25 business days
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or high-demand periods.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. OtakuVerse has no control over customs processes and cannot predict additional charges.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your package is significantly delayed or lost, please contact us at eladderi56@gmail.com and we will work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue.
Wrong Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. OtakuVerse is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

זמן עיבוד הזמנה כל ההזמנות מודפסות ומסופקות לפי דרישה על ידי שותף הייצור שלנו (Printify). אנא אפשר 3–7 ימי עסקים לייצור לפני משלוח ההזמנה.
זמני משלוח לאחר המשלוח, זמני האספקה המשוערים הם:
- ישראל: 7–14 ימי עסקים
- ארצות הברית וקנדה: 7–15 ימי עסקים
- אירופה: 10–20 ימי עסקים
- שאר העולם: 10–25 ימי עסקים
זמני המשלוח הם הערכות בלבד ועשויים להשתנות עקב עיכובי שליחות, עיבוד מכס, או תקופות עומס.
עלויות משלוח עלויות המשלוח מחושבות בקופה בהתאם למיקומך וגודל ההזמנה.
מעקב אחר הזמנה לאחר משלוח ההזמנה, תקבל מספר מעקב בדוא"ל. אנא אפשר 24–48 שעות לעדכון פרטי המעקב.
מכס ומיסים הזמנות בינלאומיות עשויות להיות כפופות לדמי מכס, מסי יבוא או מיסים המוטלים על ידי מדינת היעד. חיובים אלו הם באחריות הלקוח. ל-OtakuVerse אין שליטה על תהליכי המכס ואינה יכולה לחזות חיובים נוספים.
