1. General OtakuVerse operates an online store selling anime and pop-culture graphic apparel. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers.
2. Products All products are printed on demand. Product colors may vary slightly due to screen settings. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
3. Orders & Payment By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. Payment must be completed at the time of purchase.
4. Shipping Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to production and carrier delays. OtakuVerse is not responsible for delays caused by customs or third-party carriers.
5. Returns & Refunds Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details. Print-on-demand items are non-returnable unless defective or incorrect.
6. Intellectual Property All designs, logos, and content on this site are the property of OtakuVerse and may not be reproduced without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability OtakuVerse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
8. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Israel.
9. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

בכניסה לאתר OtakuVerse (otakuverse.shop) או ביצוע רכישה, אתה מסכים לתנאי השירות הבאים. אנא קרא אותם בעיון לפני ביצוע הזמנה.
1. כללי OtakuVerse מפעילה חנות מקוונת למכירת ביגוד גרפי בסגנון אנימה ותרבות פופ. תנאים אלו חלים על כל המבקרים, המשתמשים והלקוחות.
2. מוצרים כל המוצרים מודפסים לפי הזמנה. צבעי המוצרים עשויים להשתנות מעט בהתאם להגדרות המסך. אנו שומרים לעצמנו את הזכות להפסיק את מכירת כל מוצר בכל עת.
3. הזמנות ותשלום בביצוע הזמנה, אתה מאשר שכל הפרטים שסיפקת מדויקים. אנו שומרים לעצמנו את הזכות לבטל או לסרב לכל הזמנה לפי שיקול דעתנו. התשלום חייב להתבצע בעת הרכישה.
4. משלוח זמני המשלוח הם הערכות בלבד ועשויים להשתנות עקב עיכובי ייצור או שליחות. OtakuVerse אינה אחראית לעיכובים הנגרמים על ידי המכס או חברות שליחות צד שלישי.
5. החזרות והחזרים כספיים לפרטים המלאים, עיין במדיניות ההחזרות שלנו. מוצרי הדפסה לפי דרישה אינם ניתנים להחזרה אלא אם הגיעו פגומים או שגויים. בהתאם לחוק הגנת הצרכן הישראלי, לקוחות בישראל זכאים לבטל עסקה תוך 14 יום, למעט מוצרים שיוצרו במיוחד עבורם.
6. קניין רוחני כל העיצובים, הלוגואים והתכנים באתר הם רכושה של OtakuVerse ואין לשכפל אותם ללא אישור בכתב.
7. הגבלת אחריות OtakuVerse לא תהיה אחראית לכל נזק עקיף, מקרי או תוצאתי הנובע משימוש במוצרים או באתר.
8. דין חל וסמכות שיפוט תנאים אלו כפופים לדיני מדינת ישראל. כל סכסוך יהיה נתון לסמכות השיפוט הבלעדית של בתי המשפט בישראל.
9. שינויים בתנאים אנו שומרים לעצמנו את הזכות לעדכן תנאים אלו בכל עת. המשך השימוש באתר מהווה הסכמה לתנאים המעודכנים.
